Laura Debuck is a partner at eMotio.law and has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2015.

Laura has a particular expertise in the automotive and retail sectors.

Laura specialises is a dispute resolution and contract lawyer, with a focus on commercial law, distribution and real estate:

• she assists domestic and international clients in resolving their matters and disputes
• she assists clients in drafting clear and enforceable agreements
• she assists clients during judicial expertise and before courts

Laura is also an insolvency lawyer and assists clients with judicial reorganisation and bankruptcy proceedings and in particular restructuring operations and contacts with creditors, courts and court-appointed representatives.

Laura graduated from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) in 2015.
